I was wondering why the rule is no cold raw foods to start the day. My husband and I have been making fresh carrot juice for breakfast. As the carrots are bio-quality I keep them in the fridge. Could you please tell me how I can learn more about what times of day or seasons when we should avoid raw (fruit and veggies.)
