Here are a few tips to help reduce anxiety and tension:
•Wear lavender or rose oil.
•Use BACH FLOWER RESCUE REMEDY.
•Get some form of exercise at least 4 times a week- even if it is just walking your dog or doing laps around the house with your cat!
• Take up Tai Chi or Yoga.
• Take a nice hot bath with lavender oil or bath salts. AHhhhhhhh
•Rent fun movies that make you laugh
•Avoid watching the news before going to bed.
